Does Carpet Pros Move Furniture?
Yes, our regular price includes moving logical items such as regular-sized sofas, chairs, tables, floor lamps, or other small items. Larger items such as beds, dressers, computer tables or sectional sofas may be moved for an additional charge. Heavy or fragile items such as antiques, glass tables, large plants, china cabinets, entertainment centers or bookcases are not considered logical to be moved and are usually best left in place.What Do I Need to Do Before You Arrive?
It is always good to vacuum before the cleaning. We also suggest to remove any breakable items on top of or inside of furniture you would like for us to move.How Soon Can We Walk on the Carpet?
We will provide you with shoe covers so that you can walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning. However, it is best to limit traffic until the carpet is completely dry.How Long Will It Take Until the Carpet is Dry?
Drying times do vary slightly depending on the humidity level on the day of cleaning. In most cases, the carpet will be dry to the touch within 6 to 8 hours and completely dry over night. In rare cases, complete drying may take up to 24 hours.What Cleaning Process Do You Perform?
Our technicians receive extensive training in all methods of carpet cleaning. The technician will identify the fiber type of your carpet and will clean as required by the carpet manufacturer.
